Of course the latest ISO is not insync with the latest from the
Android source page, but the ISO image is basedon android cupcake 1.5.

Ok, but LiveAndroid is not Android 1.5, it's rather some arbitrary
distribution including the Android Runtime?

Now you can download a complete ISO image for the version 0.3.
VMWare setup or Parallels setup (on Mac) is pretty straight forward.
