You need to explain your use case better. When you are trying to remote-control your own app (and just your own app) then it can be done. And you could invent your own protocol for the communication between client and host.
However, if you want to control the whole device with your RDP application, you are out of luck, unless, as Kristopher already mentioned, you are willing to make changes to your Android firmware.
