Hi,
I am not sure, but try to check that the tools directory of the sdk is
in your path, you can configure it in ~/.bashrc, for example:
export ANDROID_HOME=/storage/dev/android-sdk-linux_x86-1.5_r2/
export PATH=${PATH}:/storage/dev/android-sdk-linux_x86-1.5_r2/tools
maybe the upgrade changed tha
Try again/Refresh -to install the packages in the Window>Android SDK
and AVD manager and restart the machine.

I am having the same problem. I tried to Refresh. I uninstalled and
reinstalled everyting. no joy. Any other thoughts?
