I want to use usb bluetooth dongle with the tab.

Yes, I am willing to hack. My device has USB host support, I have a
microusb host adapter and if I connect an external usb keyboard or an
usb mouse it works fine. So I think that my Android has not bluetooth
driver support. How can I install it?

I haven't even seen USB host work on Android without hacking the
platform. If you are willing to do that, however, well it is just
Linux then, and Linux does support some Bluetooth dongles, so it is
possible.
