Hi. My name is kazumi umayahara . I'm trying to develop a widget app which operates on Android 2.2. I post this message because I really would like to ask something about the development.
As for my widget app I have realised two functions so far： 1. Switching Images every 500msec I have already been successful of it by implementing a function to change the widget images on service. 2. ON/OFF Settings on Mobile Screen for Starting & Stoping Drawing Animations I could realise it by registering BroadcastReceiver on service. Then, here is my request: Can someone please tell me some website or info including any useful solutions to implementing two new functions as below?: 1. Ditecting moments you move from home app to any other apps or settings. 2. Ditecting moments you come back from other apps or settings to home app. I've been looking for the solutions to these and even started thinking of whether I should stop the development or not. I'd be happy if someone'd tell me any opinions. In my opinion, if I would realise these functions, I would be able to develop the widget app with the animations to consume batteries very slowly.
