I have recently had several apps suspended due to google's repetitive
content policy.

Without giving too much information about the theme of the apps, I will
only say that I had a different app for each country. It is true that the
apps were practically the same but depending on the country, the
information displayed was different.

I do not understand why there are other developer accounts that allow them
to have similar situations and google, unlike me, allows it. I don't want
to give specific examples because I don't know if it is against the forum
rules.

Being generic I will put examples of niches such as radio stations, sports
scores, news, etc.. Many accounts have an app for each country, which work
in a similar way but show the information filtered by country. That way it
is possible to have many more downloads than putting everything together in
a single app.

I would agree if the policy was the same for everyone, but apparently
google does not behave the same with all developers.

Some of those accounts have several million downloads between all their
apps and I don't think google bots have missed it.

My question is: Does anyone have a theory as to why google doesn't always
behave the same with all developers?
