I would like to know if we could launch an emulator on the web, so
that we can use this emulator anywhere as long as we have internet
connection.
It would be great if anyone could share some light on this.

I would like to access the emulator from some other system at a different
location where I do not have anything installed.
So I was thinking if we can upload the emulator image into some server and
then try to access it using some web based tool.
Is this possible ?

This is not an emulator but a marketing demo.
Emulator should accurately represent the real device, for example you should
be able to add a new record to the contacts list, open some page in the
browser, etc. This is a development tool.
