I am new to accessibility features of android. I am trying to build an app
for blind community. I want this app to support 2.2 devices and above.

*Question-1:* I want to support touch-by-explore functionality in my app.
It seems there is a 'touch-by-explore' app comes works with talkback only
from 4.1.2. But if I want to support 'touch-by-explore' in 2.2, what
options I have?

*Question-2: *Are there any open source apps that I can refer to support
accessibility features in an app ?

*Question-3: *If I need to speak the controls on the screen, should I rely
on Talkback or should I build my own code using TTS?

I explored lot of content on accessibility, but I am not getting clear
direction on these. Any input is highly appreciated.

Thank you, Madhu
