yeah Mark is right. Check whether there is connectivity available or
not. Because I faced the same problem which sorted out after I put
proper proxy setting as my PC was behind Proxy.

1. Make sure you have the INTERNET permission.
2. Make sure your device or emulator has Internet access. For example,
in the emulator, if you have zero bars of signal strength, your
emulator is emulating having no connectivity.
