computer does this too, (windows) my linux laptop drains battery a lot, i
guess it is becouse it does not lower its core/voltage. when cpu's are too
hot modern systems automaticly lower voltage as well.

the rating is saved to a public file. If I send a mail to someone, you cant
track that with an 3rd party tool unless you have access to
