Delay is the norm at Google. They promised that they will announce the
deadlines of the paid market availability for other countries by the
end of Q1, it's at least a 5 months delay.

The number of entrants will be more than 3 per category, thus it won't
reduce the distributed prizes.

Last year Google promised that by the end of Q1 they will announce the
priced app support for developers operating in additional countries

How is it related to Google? I don't know the details, but I'm unsure
whether we have to expect Android Market client installed on it.

I can't imagine what the
The 70% part is simple, it's between you and the buyer and add the
appropriate TAX to it depending of the 2 countries. But it shouldn't
be true for the 30%, it's between you and Google using maybe a
different TAX.

It wasn't the question, but regardless of andappstore.com's maybe
release quality it's an alternative store to the Android Market if you
compared the download numbers, so it doesn't help.

There's an another interesting case. I plan to distribute a free
client app for a subscription based web service. I guess it's legal,
although I distribute a free app on Android Market and collect fees
elsewhere.

I'd prefer these alternative stores, but unfortunately currently it's
pointless. My application was downloaded from Slideme <200 times, and
