Short description:

Staff augmentation to provide project management related tasks for projects
including Capital and Facility Infrastructure projects. This project
manager may
manage other projects as well.



Requested Qualification:

96 Months Experience as a Project Manager, managing infrastructure
projects(building management systems, medication distribution systems,
temperature monitoring systems, VOIP, and other systems) execution and
control, including maintaining project budgets, Microsoft project
schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality
standards.
96 Months Managing Infrastructure Projects which require network
connectivity.
96 Months Managing Infrastructure Projects that require coordination
between Requesting Entity (i.e. Government Agency or Private Company) and
Vendors.
48 Months Experience working on projects that require working with
architecture and infrastructure team to comprehend technical requirements
for integration of central server and facility systems.
48 Months Project Management experience leading projects with direct
stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above.
48 Months Experience managing Project Management functions in Service
Now Project
Management Software to update and maintain project management records, such
as start/end date, estimates, cost plan, change request, maintain
milestones, enter status report, etc.


Day to day tasks:

Act as facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projects
related to OMH Business efforts;
Staff augmentation to provide Project Management related tasks for Capital
and Facility Projects.
Specializes in managing complex facility infrastructure projects.
Work closely with Business, Information Technology, and Vendor resources to
complete projects.
Use project management methodology and documentation to manage projects.
Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings .
Provide Agendas and Distribute Meeting Minutes for all Project Management
 Meetings.
Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and
Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine
time estimates.
Provide regular status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and
mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.
Coordinate and Partner with Project Resources including Technical Lead,
Technical Architects, Systems Analysts, and others.
Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes.
