Experience in working with different functions and transformations. · Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications like SAP ECC, SAP BW and different Databases like MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc. · Have strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices. · Have experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers. · Able to prioritize and manage his time effectively while working on multiple projects/interfaces at the same time. Effectively delegate work to offshore developers, review their code and ensuring quality code is delivered following all the coding standards. · Self-motivated and have a strong sense of accountability. Able to work independently with little guidance. · Quick leaner and can get to the speed fast. Detail oriented and thorough in his work.
