JOB DESCRIPTION: "Preferred experience, education, or training should include: • Snowflake • AWS • One or more market leading ETL/ELT platforms • One or more market leading Business Intelligence / Visualization tool • Spark, Python or Java • Data & Analytics project implementation experiences that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimization) • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition for Big Data and traditional data warehousing projects • Experience on AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau or similar with data architecture, design, analytics and deployment • 8+ years’ experience designing and implementing data lakes and warehouses • Experience with high-scale distributed MPP databases such as Greenplum and standard RDBMS systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Exadata, Sybase, SQL Server) • Experience in Agile development and delivery • Experience with CI/CD and working knowledge of Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA • Familiar with AWS infrastructure components and services like S3, EC2, EMR • Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash • Experience with Object-oriented programming languages like Java • Schema design and dimensional data modeling • Analyzing data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies • Working knowledge of ETL tools like Talend and workflow management tools like Airflow Further requirements and responsibilities are as follows: • Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of traditional data warehouse and business intelligence solutions • Experience designing highly scalable ETL processes with complex data transformations, data formats including error handling and monitoring • Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture • Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation • Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions • Engage with Business Stakeholders, Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs • Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
