*Responsibilities:*

·Lead effective engagement with technical and non-technical customers and 
partners to generate feedback for product improvements from targeted 
experiments, pilots and proof-of-concepts.

·Interpret and decompose customer feedback and testing data into actionable 
technical requirements that may bridge disciplines, and coordinate with 
technical personnel from across the company and around the world.

·Work within a multi- disciplined teams to define system level architecture 
and technically lead execution of developments across the company.

·Given incomplete, high-level requirements for a system or subsystem of 
moderate complexity, generate proper designs and work to complete tasking 
with latitude to make decisions under minimal supervision – individually 
and in a teamwork environment.

·Exercise excellent technical judgement, creativity, and initiative with 
attention to detail consistently throughout your work product, with 
awareness of the “system” perspective.

·Prepare and participate in regular design reviews.

·Responsible and accountable for your results, working with considerable 
autonomy, but also knowing when to ask for assistance.

·Desire to stretch and expand your talents, expertise, competency, and 
responsibilities

·Identify patent opportunities and work with our legal team to evaluate 
them.

·Promote a culture of learning and collaboration.

·Conduct evaluations and comparisons of internal and external technologies 
and approaches to inform business and product decisions

·Stay abreast of industry, technology and competitor trends and creatively 
apply out-of-the-box thinking in innovation projects.

*REQUIRED:*

   - Bachelor of Science or advanced degree from an accredited university 
   in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10yrs+ in Electronic and PCB 
   Design experience.
   - Engineering process, including participation in the concept, analysis, 
   simulation, design, drawing, assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and 
   testing of complex electrical, electromechanical, and automated/robotic 
   systems.
   - High level hands on experience using test equipment and shop tools 
   (Scopes, Meters, Programmers, Logic Analysers)
   - Experience developing circuit simulation models and analyse the 
   simulation outputs to drive solutions.
   - Commensurate experience will be considered.
   - Must be a US citizen.

*HIGHLY PREFERED:*

   - 3+ years of Altium design software experience
   - High level LTSpice design software experience
   - Schematic/PCB Design: Multilayer, Hybrid architecture/layer/plane 
   design of (Power, analogy, digital, communications), PCB DRC/DFM, IPC
   - Electronic Design: Embedded/Microcontrollers, Communications 
   (Ethernet, SPI, I2C, 232/485, etc), Digital Logic, Analog Design (both 
   Board Level Power Supply Design/distribution and instrumentation/signal 
   conditioning, ADC12-24bit, DAC, 0-20mA, low-noise, etc), High Power (both 
   and up to current~60Amps and voltage~800V).
   - Harsh environment design/testing (Temperature, Pressure Tolerant, 
   shock/vibe, etc)
   - Soldering/Prototyping/dead bugging of new circuits/Board Bring Up
   - Writing test software for board start up
