*2+ years as a technical windows system administration in a large-scale IT environment providing user support* * • Office 365, Excel and Access • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN and wireless networks* *- Computer systems administration* * - Database usage and administration - User permission administration* • Manipulating large data sets • Web-based applications • Ideally with some SharePoint administration experience *Job Summary* This role is responsible for the daily administration of three inter-related web-based applications and administration of a role-based user permission system for the applications. • Provide timely responses to internal support requests including: - User role and/or permission modifications, role auto-assignment definitions and rules, and user activation/deactivation - Workflow troubleshooting - Configuration management (e.g., system email templates, drop down lists, taxonomy) - System performance or bug support issues • Periodically audit roles and users to ensure compliance with internal security requirements • Coordinate with multiple divisions and the third-party vendor to address system-related issues.
