St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC or NJ.*

*Job Title:* JBPM Developer
*Job location:* Irving, TX or St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC or NJ (Remote
for 3 weeks , then onsite later at any of this location)

*Duration*: Contract



*Job Description:*

   - JBPM
   - Any BPM tools
   - Java, Spring boot



*Must Have:*

   - Min 9-14 year experience
   - 5+ experience on any BPM technology and minimum 3+ years on JBPM
   7.x/Red Hat PAM 7.x technology
   - 8+ years of Expertise in Java 1.8+ and J2EE or Java EE, Webservices
   (SOAP and REST), Spring (core, boot, batch and MVC), Hibernate, JPA. JMS,
   Camel, Maven, Any database



*Nice to Have:*

   - Experience in UI Development (Preferably in BootStrap & AngularJS)



*Technical*:

   - 5+ experience on BPM technology architecture and solution design,
   including 3+ experience on JBPM 7.x/Red Hat PAM 7.x
   - 8+ experience Java/J2EE development, Webservices (SOAP and REST)
   development, spring, hibernate
   - Should be technically strong and hand-on Redhat PAM/ JBPM technology
   stack implementations
   - Excellent knowledge on integration frameworks SOAP, REST web-services,
   Camel, Mule…
   - Able to understand complex functional / business requirements,
   visualize architecture, solution and translate same into estimates and a
   technical delivery plan.
   - Excellent technical communication to drive best practices during
   planning and implementation with internal and customer stakeholders
   - Should be able plan and execute development and source code management
   best practices, deliver reusable code component and architecture.
   - Should be able to technically lead and mentor the development and
   support teams.
   - Architecture Formulation and Finalization
   - Development Finalize the Requirement with business and record the
   finalize requirements
   - Formulate the Functional requirement based on business requirements
   - Code Review against the Business and Functional Requirement
   - Version and release Management



Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, good confidence level, and
team dynamics to be able to handle the demand working with the Client teams
in Agile mode, Able to handle small team.
