*Role: Enterprise Cloud Architect * *Location: Initial Remote/ Louisville, KY* Relevant Experience: 15-20 Years Experience Required: 16+ years total of progressive IT systems delivery experience 4-8 years of application development experience 4-6 years of application architecture / leadership experience 8+ years of large program delivery experience Proven track record with a minimum of 4 large scale application modernization and cloud migration program deliveries Technical experience must include use of NoSQL databases, microservices, service mesh, data modeling, data architecture (document, relational and graph) Experience with implementation on public cloud (Azure) is a must, AWS/GCP is a nice to have Consultative, hands-on engagement in educating and guiding development teams through modern application architectures and the transition from legacy application architectures is a must Roles and Responsibilities: The Principal Enterprise Architect leads the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level application and solution architectures to leverage infrastructure and platforms related to cloud computing. The Principal Enterprise Architect provides strategic advice and guidance to application team across the various business segments within the standards of Client's Enterprise Architecture Framework and must be highly-skilled with broad, advanced technical experience. The successful candidate: Consults and guides application development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle from conceptual solution design through implementation. Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. Develops specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies.
