Hi All,
Simple example: You are in a known wifi area with your android phone,
and android is connected to wifi. Then you are walking out of the wifi
area. Android would automatically switch to ppp (cell) connection.
I've explored com.android.server.NetworkManagementService.java,
com.android.serve
