Hey,
You can easily get the Android patch from Android Git Repository and only
you need to apply patch to your Linux kernel once your kernel is working on
your platform.

First see that the General linux kernel working.
then check for the same version of the android,
then find the diff of the two kernels. you will get the difference of
the two kernels.
You apply the difference file patches of the kernel to the linux
kernel working for that platform.
