I had faced such problem earlierand that because of toochain only.
Is this a device build or emulator???
if for emulator then I would suggest you to built
with mydroid/prebuilt/toolchain/linux-x86/xxx toolchain.
if device then use the same toolchain u used for android build

btw,
- the files are present with all permissions enabled.
- manual invocation from android shell or busybox shell, throws same error..
btw, i use codesourcery tool chain, to generate .out.
will this be a problem, and should i use
mydroid/prebuilt/toolchain/linux-x86/ ??
