I can only see any form of visualization running like a dog on any mobile
platform, but assuming that the libraries required are there (or can be
compiled), you could run any given virtual machine in the x86 port of
android.
One of the main sticking points there, as far as I can see is the

optimization supporting such a process hungry feat?
