this is not a device rather its a frame buffer used by the kernel. You can
find the node created in kernel/drivers/video/Fbmem.c.

No where, the kernel never creates device nodes, that is up to
userspace to do.
Now the kernel can give lots of hints to userspace as to what
device node to create a
