Perhaps a blob issue for the gps chip. It sounds like you need the
proprietary blobs for this device to work.

is similar. I am currently trying to figure out how Android deals with
proxy support for data calls and I have found that once the data call setup
is done the GsmDataConnectionTracker.onDataSetupComplete() method sets
People have shipped android devices with dual sim support, but the default
RIL and the opensourced telephony code do not out of the box. You might
check codeaurora.org to see if they have opensourced support for this.
