I don't think so because I can build using the same tools for the development
kit and it doesn't have an issue. I'm using the
arm-2009q3-67-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-linux-gnu toolchain for both the
development kit and our board.

Yes, I believe that the system.img has been flashed correctly to the NAND. For
both the development kit and our board, I use the following fastboot commands
to write all the images to NAND through USB. I
