When CTS is running, it will install and remove APKs.
So, you can check if the device has enough available space in data
partition?

This kind of hang behavior seems very normal.
In my experience, just execute "repo sync" many times to download it.
For your reference, when the day of Froyo released, I execute "repo
sync" about 20 times to download whole source code.
