I referred to the two links you pointed out to create an android vm running
in vmware.
I tried both installer.img and installed.img, but having problems both in
vmware fusion and vmware workstation.
In vmware workstation, when I tried installed.img, the vm's screen freezes.
When I tried installer.img, the android boots, but it displays blank screen.
(alt + f1) shows a shell temporarily.

In vmware fusion, when I press F2, the fusion crashes.

I'm wondering if I create a correct img.
I followed HOWTO Build Android-X86 Full Source on Linux Mint, and I modified
the kernel configuration to include AMD PCnet32 PCI support and VESA VGA
following Chen's recommendation.
Am I missing something?
