To anyone interested in a database manager that should work in a notebook/netbook environment (with /sdcard directory), AndroidDB Beta has just been released on the Android Market.
This is the first version, but it is unprotected so it can be copied from the original device. Supports csv import and arbitrary SQL commands. Future releases will allow you to use system databases for rooted/dev phones etc. Please follow androiddb on twitter for news and updates. Feedback is encouraged of course.
