Hi,
I stumbled on the same problem. Running Ubuntu om VirtualBox. 1.5GB
virtual RAM.
Please share if you have a fix.

I do not know how important the wm-tests are.
I just rename the "Android.mak" file under cts/tools/wm-tests, and it
builds for me.
