The existing ICS Ports doesn't support UMS yet, because a proper
implementation relies on a proper kernel mod that doesn't exist yet.
But you can use this App to use USB Mass Storage:

Android gadget framework is changes from 3.0 kernel onwards and there are
new sysfs entry which is not compatible with
GB. So better try with Honeycomb or ICS
