Check out the beagleboard. It doesn't have Ethernet built in, but you
can easily add it through USB.

Yes, as Lew said, Beagleboard is a neat choice as Android development
board. You can easily extend it via USB 1.x/2.0 and SDIO.

Also you can choose DevKit8000 which is a clone of beagleboard,
It has ethernet and LCD interface, most other peripherals are the same.
jserv's team provided the working android sources, should work for
DevKit8000 too?!
