I'm still getting the error. I managed to hack by doing this patch:

I'm not sure.
But according to your logcat message, the WiFi module seems to lose
the beacons.
MMCHK - No BEACON. Dead CQI. Auto Recovery attempt #0
!!! LINK DOWN !!!
!!! LINK DOWN 2!!!
If the module lost some beacons continuously, it can become into
disconnection state.
