It looks like your OpenCORE project is out of sync. Which branch are
you building from?
There were some changes we made internally in the Cupcake release that
PV didn't have when they did the OC 2.0 release. I wonder if you have
a mix of old and new.

Your frameworks/base is not updated.
(or, pointed to another git repository like me,
and that repository doesn't sync with master branch)
