The structure 'wpa_driver_custom_ops' is defined in
/system/wlan/ti/sta_dk_4_0_4_32/wpa_supplicant_lib/driver_ti.c.
How the link is made from the /external/wpa_supplicant directory to
this other directory is not clear to me right now, debugging this
myself..
