Hi,

I don't think I can send AT commands over to the RIL (and from there
to the baseband). But only specific requests (solicited or
unsolicited).

I've started a similar thread on this subject on android-platform

I'm looking in into HTC's FieldTest app behaviour in order to find out
what RIL requests/methods return low level radio information.
