today, I tried to make the car rental system run for a seminar. The bug
below bug prevented the car rental system in AndroMDA 3.x (CVS HEAD)
from running. How come that *nobody* noticed that the 3.x EJB version of
the car rental system reports a JNDI error ("ejb not bound") and does
not run
