there is an open-source / free installer available that is very easy to
use, it is called izPack (www.izforge.com)
it is VERY well made, cudos to the developer
I think that for first-time users it might be helpful

by default entity beans are exposed locally, the session beans

No, you have to change EntityBean.vsl for this. Then rebuild AndroMDA
and re-run it. It's quite easy.

I still have the problem for running the build file of AndroMDA
within NetBeans. I tried to run the same build file within Eclipse
and voila it works just fine. So, this bug has something to do
with NetBeans then.
