first of all my statement about EMF beeing an UML subset is
based on an email thread with one of the Omondo EclipseUML
developers.
at that time I was asking them whether it would be possible
to import an existing UML model into the EMF ecore framework.

you work with AndroMDA 2.x, right? The problem in your
getAttributesByStereotype() method is: the return value type is wrong.
You have to return a collection of PAttribute, not of Attribute. This
will help because in Attribute, there is no method called
getTaggedValues(). velocity.log s
