Hi Stefan!
Is there any particular reason you want to use 3.0M1 when 3.0M2 is out ?

Hi andromda users,
I tried to build andromda 3.0 m1 and have the following problem. Here is
more or less exactly what I did:
First I checked out andromda-all from sourceforge and made a maven build,
which worked fine as far as I checked the maven output (I'm using maven
1.0rc3). (I just would lik
Hmm it looks like you aren't running M1, but M2, because the
PluginDiscoverer is in M2 (if you look at the log output below)?

the current value object templates do not contain the logic to render

Has anyone tried Visual Paradigm (VP-UML) with AndroMDA?
I am interested in experiences with this tool. I does appear to be very
fast and feature-rich, but without AndroMDA it would obviously be a
no-go.
Thanks,

Matteo,
What version are you using? If you're building from
CVS, see:

In fact i use the ant task in order to build a new application. After
creating this new application I put the model, in this case
online-store.xmi, in the /mda/src/uml repertory of the application and I use
the ant task which is in the root of the application repertory.
Here the error:

Can you give me a little more detail? How are you
building it, etc?

I tried to buil a new project from de onlin-store model, but when I tried to
build it I have an error about a file which don't exist :
"andromda-profile-3.0M2-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip" at the repertory of the uml model.

I actually don't care about the UML tools I use, as long as I can

But one thing for sure, AndroMDA is cool! It is really

Good point Lofi, you probably need to check a setting in Magic Draw that
says to Save Rich XMI (under Options/Environment), or export like Lofi says.

Hi Chad and Elid,
becareful:
MagicDraw saves the UML file in xml.zip. If you just unzip the
file you'll get the xml file but this file it's *NOT* XMI compatible,
at least not with Poseidon. I need to *explicitly* EXPORT the XMI 1.2
version from MagicDraw, so that Poseidon can read this file...
Just
Hi Elid,
The models Wouter gave you are in XMI format, they just have XML extension's
(that's how Magic Draw stores them). Anyway you can open either of those
from Magic Draw directly from the xml.zip file, or you can
unzip them and open the XML file itself. You can also open the XML file

Great Thanks Lofi!

As far as I know you cannot pass userProperties from Ant in 2.x.
But you can surely create a new TaggedValue in your model for

Hi,
The first link you gave me is a model in xml format not xmi ?
And the second one is an xmi format but it doesn't work directly with
AndroMDA ?
I just would like to try a model that I can use directly with the ant task
of AndroMDA that create a new project from a model.
Thanks for all,

Hi,
I haven't changed anything in the properties file (I had already set-up the proxy) but
