After following the instructions on http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/demo/beaglebone/, I got stuck at the U-boot prompt because it couldn't find the uImage. Looks like there's a missing step in How to Unpack and Boot the Demo Image - the hard way, which is to copy the uImage from the root
