I did a search for an old discussion we had circa January 2012 and you
recommended creating a minimal kernel and there I got hung up (life
interfered with any further progress). Zip forward to now and I'm still
unable to create an H2200 build but am working on it.

which have framebuffer or test console and non-broken kexec support.
