Hi all, Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache SkyWalking Java Agent 9.0.0.
SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed systems, especially designed for microservices, cloud native and container-based (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures. The Java Agent for Apache SkyWalking, which provides the native tracing/metrics/logging abilities for Java projects. This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and improvements compared to version 8.16.0. The notable changes since 9.0.0 include: 1. Introduced predictable auxiliary types in the agent kernel, which makes it more friendly for re-transform and hot-swap 2. Support Jdk17 ZGC metric collect 3.
