What's the other error you see? Have you installed pyrax using pip?

Hello,
I am new at ansible, i am trying to run a playbook to connect ansible with
Rackspace cloud, each time we run it we have this error: "pyrax is required
for this module" but when we try to import Pyrax via python, we get another
error.
i am using Ubuntu 14.04 OS.
