don't have an older version of ant in your path somewhere?
Try setting your path to just the ant directory because Ant is bundled with
a few other programs now.

is required. I tried to download version 1.2 but it did not work. When I
went to build struts I got an error message about the copy action not
being found. I ran Ant -version and it said that it was really version
1.1.
