part of the message. I would examine the message body that Outlook

If I remember correctly I had the same problem a while ago, you
specify the messageFile but it's not
You're missing some JAR files read the docs on MimeMail. You need
JavaMail and Java Activation Framework JAR files. Both of which are
hyperlinked from the MimeMail documentation.
