If you own a USB stick, you could boot a Linux live system and install
software there.

Unfortunately sometimes it doesn't compile after my commits. Currently I
don't have apertium installed on my laptop and I cannot install it there,
so I cannot check it before committing. But I will check it in evenings on
my main computer.
