On Memduh Gökırmak's request, I've packaged and bundled the following
release versions:
- apertium-crh 0.2.0~r83161
- apertium-tur 0.2.0~r83161
- apertium-crh-tur 0.3.0~r83159
They are now in both the Nightly and Release repos.
Tarballs are on https://sourceforge.net/projects/apertium/files/

Ive created an apertium tag and tagged it to the question - SO is a great
archive for questions and answers.
