I have a question about the PMC.
I wasn't elected this year, but I plan to run again in 2022. The problem is
that then, I'll be 15, still too young to sign contracts. If I do get
elected in 2022, could I give one or both of my parents permission under
the Bylaws to sign things on my behalf?

the few contracts we've had were signed by me as president. There is no
reason to worry, as Fran will be doing that too.
