Hi,

I am working on Bilingual Dictionary Discovery via Graph
Enrichment<http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Bilingual_dictionary_discovery>. It is
listed as an open task and requires significant mentor discussion. It was going
well, but unfortunately, it seems my mentors Mikel (mlforcada) and Francis have
been busy recently. My mails in the past few weeks haven't got a response. My
third mentor isn't directly associated with Apertium/GSoC, I will be working on
implementing his research.

I have made a draft of my GSoC
proposal<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ke63jjRdyTPoSzr3yhqCE-2auZdfnIzPqAMZosAJgt0/edit?usp=sharing>,
the parts which I could without further guidance. It needs work on
formatting/proof-reading and I will do that once I transfer it to the wiki. I
also need help chalking out my Work Plan, and ideas on how to 'convince'
Apertium that I can do the task. The task had no prescribed coding challenge. I
just want to discuss these properly before I start work on them. I would
request someone to volunteer and mentor my project temporarily as only a week
is left till the proposal deadline.

Also, please suggest any changes you feel would improve my draft. You can
contact me on this E-Mail ID, or through any of the modes listed in the
beginning of the draft.

I would appreciate your help!

Thanks
Shashwat Goel
