[apparmor] [patch] update abstractions/winbind

Hello, abstractions/winbind needs an update: - some *.dat files live in a different directory nowadays (at least in openSUSE) - the openSUSE smb.conf includes the (autogenerated) dhcp.conf, so this file also needs to be readable. References:
